Loss Prevention Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOSS PREVENTION ASSOCIATE IN ROSEVILLE, CA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Loss Prevention Associate to join our team in Roseville, California. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in warehouse security, inventory control, or asset protection. As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will help protect company assets by monitoring inventory accuracy, supporting security initiatives, and maintaining a safe and secure distribution center.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Located in Roseville, CA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse operations and report suspicious activity or security concerns
• Support the implementation and enforcement of warehouse loss prevention procedures
• Assist with investigations involving inventory shortages or security incidents
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities
• Train and educate warehouse associates on asset protection best practices
• Partner with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy and operational security
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, warehouse security, or a related role preferred
• Warehouse or distribution center experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
