Job Summary
Loss Prevention is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the retail store and its assets. This includes preventing theft, monitoring suspicious activity, and responding to emergencies. Loss Prevention must be able to stand for long periods of time and remain focused on their duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the store for suspicious activity and potential theft
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents
- Conduct investigations into theft and other security incidents
- Document and report all security incidents and investigations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in loss prevention or security
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
