Loss Prevention Associate II — Front‑of‑Store Security & Safety

The TJ Maxx store in Pasadena, MD is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate. You will be at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent loss, while supporting customer service and reporting incidents. You’ll wear a Body Worn Camera and follow the Store Emergency Response Guide.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, good decision making, and the ability to work independently. 0–2 years in retail or security is acceptable.
