Overseeing the daily operations of the Loss Mitigation department, the full-time remote Loss Mitigation Supervisor will manage team productivity, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct quality control audits on loan processes. Key responsibilities Monitor metrics to maximize productivity and compliance within the Loss Mitigation department Hire, train, and manage team members while providing coaching and performance evaluations Conduct quality control audits on loans to ensure adherence to established guidelines and standards Required qualifications High school diploma with some college or technical training; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred Seven or more years of experience in mortgage default, loss mitigation, and short sales, with at least two years in a supervisory role Expert knowledge of mortgage loan documents and compliance with federal debt collection laws Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a metrics-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document retention software preferred
