Loss Mitigation Supervisor

Overseeing the daily operations of the Loss Mitigation department, the full-time remote Loss Mitigation Supervisor will manage team productivity, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct quality control reviews on loans. Key responsibilities Monitor metrics to maximize productivity, efficiency, and compliance within the Loss Mitigation department Hire, train, and manage team members while providing coaching and conducting performance evaluations Perform quality control audits on loans to ensure adherence to investor guidelines and regulatory standards Required qualifications High school diploma with some college or technical training; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred Seven or more years of experience in mortgage default and loss mitigation, including two years in a supervisory role Expert-level knowledge of mortgage loan documents and compliance with federal debt collection laws Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a metrics-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document retention software
