Overview
Rafiki Coalition seeks Behavioral Health Clinician to join the team at the Balboa Teen Health Center, serving students at Balboa High School. In this role, you will provide both short-term counseling and longer-term therapy, with an emphasis on supporting Black/African American and Latin/Hispanic students and promoting student wellness. The clinician will work closely with supervisors, school staff, and medical providers to coordinate care, offer individual and family support, and create a safe, culturally affirming space for students to thrive.
