Long-Term Substitute Teachers
The Florence Township School District, in partnership with ESS Substitute Staffing Services, is seeking qualified and dedicated educators to serve as long-term substitute teachers during the school year. Selected candidates will be employed through ESS and assigned to work within the Florence Township School District. We are seeking individuals who are committed to supporting student learning, maintaining strong classroom routines, and making a positive contribution to our school community.
Current Openings:
- Roebling Elementary School Special Education September 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026 New Jersey special education certification required
- Roebling Elementary School Special Education September 1, 2026 through June 22, 2027 New Jersey special education certification required
Qualifications:
- Valid New Jersey certification appropriate to the assignment
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
