Long Term Disability Claims Specialist

Evaluating and managing long-term disability claims, the full-time Long Term Disability Claims Specialist II will make timely decisions, create detailed documentation, and ensure compliance while working remotely to support customers across the United States. Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation and management of moderately complex long-term disability claims, making timely and accurate claim decisions Create clear and detailed claim documentation, correspondence, and written determinations reflecting policy provisions and regulatory requirements Coordinate communication with claimants, representatives, and internal partners to gather necessary information and support sound claim outcomes Required Qualifications High school diploma 1+ years of LTD/IDI disability experience Ability to start on December 14th, 2026 Experience utilizing AI in a professional setting Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex situations effectively
