Responsibilities
* Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs in a 24-hour care setting
* Ensure delivery of holistic, person-centered care aligned with standards and regulations
* Facilitate communication of elder needs to support team coordination
* Implement and evaluate care plans for quality and regulatory adherence
* Promote a positive, team-oriented, and innovative care environment
Qualifications & Skills
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active Alaska RN license
* Successful completion of BLS certification within 30 days of hire
* At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in gerontology and long-term care
* Leadership, supervisory, or management experience is preferred
* Strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and team-building skills
