Serving as a liaison for the Transportation Operations team, the full-time Logistics Support Specialist will manage outbound load execution, resolve delivery issues, and maintain performance metrics while working remotely from Omaha, NE. Key responsibilities Maintain the Dollar General TMS as the official system of record for all outbound loads at the Distribution Center Correspond daily with supervisors and planners to monitor site-level KPIs and provide feedback on performance Audit weekly on-time results and communicate directly with stores to resolve discrepancies in delivery recognition Required qualifications Experience with transportation management systems or logistics operations Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities Familiarity with asset management processes, including trailer tracking and inspections Proficiency in using communication tools and software for collaboration
