Ensure alignment with corporate standards, operational efficiency, and reliable execution across the supply chain.
Contribute to continuous improvement, project execution, and safe operations.Main Responsibilities:Develop and manage the annual operations and supply chain budget; perform monthly cost analysis during closing cyclesReview cost system data to ensure alignment with corporate cost standards and identify deviationsSupport capital investment decisions by participating in financial and operational assessments (FAIs) focused on efficiency, quality, and performanceManage vendor activities, including contract administration, procurement of services and consumables, and tracking of invoices and paymentsOversee fleet contracts and maintenance activities across the supply chain to ensure reliability and cost controlDrive continuous improvement by benchmarking practices across Tenaris locations and coordinating with Operations to implement improvementsLead yard-related initiatives, including system implementations, third-party yard setup, service integration, and logistics optimizationPromote and monitor safety programs through implementation of preventive and corrective actionsEnsure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirementsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or industrial environmentHands-on experience with Excel (macros), Power BI, PowerApps, and Power AutomateWorking knowledge of cost analysis, vendor management, and contract administrationUnderstanding of logistics processes, fleet operations, and yard activitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and external providersProblem-solving, organization, and adaptability; working knowledge of VBA, AutoCAD, or Python is a plusLocation: Blytheville, Arkansas, USA
