Key Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments of finished goods and parts domestically and internationally, collaborating with Contract Manufacturers Architect the company's long-term logistics strategy while handling operational tasks as needed Ensure trade compliance by working with the Trade Compliance Manager on accurate classifications and regulations Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in logistics, particularly in customs broker or freight forwarder roles with international shipment exposure Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments, scaling operations from zero to one Ability to align cross-functional teams around logistics priorities and regulatory compliance Experience balancing high-level supply chain strategy with hands-on operational tasks Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and modern Project Management tools
