ConGlobal is hiring a Logistics Equipment Operator to support intermodal and terminal operations in our fast-paced yard environment. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload containers and trailers for rail, ocean, and trucking customers. You will complete pre-trip inspections, follow strict safety and PPE standards, and use work orders and yard systems to locate and stage units.
This hands-on position works outdoors in all weather, supports continuous improvement, and offers growth into operations, maintenance, and leadership roles.
