ConGlobal is seeking a Logistics Equipment Operator to support intermodal and terminal operations in a fast-paced yard environment. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts, hostlers, and other material-handling equipment to move, stack, and stage containers and cargo for rail, ocean, and trucking customers. You’ll perform pre-trip inspections, follow strict safety and PPE standards, and use yard management tools or RF scanners to complete assigned moves.
Working closely with supervisors and drivers, you’ll help keep freight flowing efficiently while contributing to a safety-focused, team-oriented culture with growth opportunities in logistics and operations.
