As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support shipping schedules, inventory tracking, and carrier delivery activity while developing practical supply chain skills.
Managing Logistics Day to Day
• Maintain freight records, dispatch schedules, carrier updates, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare shipping briefs, bill of lading documentation, freight reports, and manifest materials.
• Monitor delivery transit times and inventory results and identify relevant performance trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to keep supplies, loading schedules, and transport requirements aligned.
• Support carrier communication and assist with defined shipment or inventory issues.
• Participate in logistics syncs and morning briefings, documenting priorities and following up on agreed actions.
