Key responsibilities Schedule and coordinate shipments, focusing on automation and process efficiency Manage equipment and service needs, providing timely ETA updates to business partners Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues that could impact service or cost Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.) Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platforms Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field (preferred)
