To ensure efficient supply chain operations, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with freight carriers, and monitor on-time delivery metrics while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery Serve as the main point of contact for freight carriers, evaluating performance and negotiating rates Monitor delivery metrics and implement improvements to ensure on-time performance targets are met Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Strong understanding of freight and carrier operations (LTL, FTL, international, etc.) Proven track record in achieving or improving on-time delivery performance Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office Suite
