Way Delivery is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team! We are a family-owned transportation and logistics company headquartered in Lancaster County.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside our team to coordinate shipments, schedule pickups and deliveries, and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with customer and vendor inquiries.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure shipments and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Create and maintain accurate manifests for deliveries, shipments, and appointments.
- Research and verify operating hours for customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate information in company databases and logistics systems.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Someone who is dependable, flexible, and willing to learn.
- A team player who takes initiative and takes pride in their work.
