Logistics Associate
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Location: Eagan, MN
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Position Type: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM
What's the Job?
- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repack, shipping, and receiving
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
- Build pallets and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Assist with general maintenance and cycle counting activities
What's Needed?
- Warehouse/Distribution Center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation environment is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
