Job Overview
We are a 3PL seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The Logistics Associate will collaborate with various customers to optimize logistics operations and enhance overall efficiency. This is not a warehouse position, and you don't need to be able to handle any forklifts or other equipment.
Duties
- Assist in transportation planning and execution, including scheduling shipments and managing delivery timelines.
- Assist Sales reps with the planning of all shipments, while coordinating with customers and updating their TMS's.
Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, 3PL's, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems.
- Good with computers and able to work in a team setting.
