Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations for shipping and receiving HVAC and piping materials at our Montrose location. This role involves managing inventory, organizing materials, and overseeing a small team to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations for shipping and receiving of HVAC and piping materials.
- Check in materials, take photos, and organize them on pallets.
- Operate a forklift to load trucks and handle materials.
- Oversee a team of up to 4 people, including 2 drivers and 2 laborers.
- Serve as the manager in charge of running the warehouse facility.
Essential Skills
- 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving is ideal.
- Must be forklift certified to help load trucks and handle materials.
- Experience from mechanical or electrical contractor backgrounds is most ideal.
- Knowledge in inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience handling HVAC and piping materials preferred.
- Experience in warehouse management for construction materials is preferred.
- Supervisory skills and customer service experience.
- Experience from companies such as US Engineering, Ferguson, Rampart, or Amazon is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr.
