- Oversee day-to-day execution of outbound shipments from the brewery, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor shipment lifecycles from tender to delivery confirmation, proactively resolving issues that could impact customer service or network flow.
- Partner with brewery operations, warehouse teams, and yard management to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
- Monitor carrier service metrics (on-time pickup, on-time delivery, dwell, tender acceptance) and address day-to-day service opportunities.
- Investigate root causes for late pickups, rejections, or detention issues
