Overview
The Logistics Account Manager builds and maintains strong customer relationships through daily account management and proactive support. This role ensures customers receive timely, cost-effective service while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, in partnership with the sales team. This role also collaborates with internal teams to improve service and drive customer success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through daily account management activities and proactive assessment of partnership opportunities.
- Efficiently manage inquiries and requests from customers, ensuring they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
- Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Prepare for and participate in regular customer business reviews in coordination with logistics sales team.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

Preferred Background & Skills
- 3-5 years in Logistics Sales, preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with proven issue resolution skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Competitive spirit that drives you to be the best.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
