Overview

The Logistics Account Manager builds and maintains strong customer relationships through daily account management and proactive support. This role ensures customers receive timely, cost-effective service while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, in partnership with the sales team. This role also collaborates with internal teams to improve service and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through daily account management activities and proactive assessment of partnership opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage inquiries and requests from customers, ensuring they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Prepare for and participate in regular customer business reviews in coordination with logistics sales team.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Embody Reibus values and build trust with our customer network and carrier partners ensuring that we uphold our commitment to service to them.

Preferred Background & Skills

  • 3-5 years in Logistics Sales, preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with proven issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competitive spirit that drives you to be the best.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
