Logistics Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments via LTL, FTL, and small parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL).
- Generate and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and packing slips.
- Track shipments and provide proactive delivery updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with US import/export regulations.
- Assist in warehouse inventory audits and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
- Identify opportunities for freight cost savings and lead time improvements.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations, greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Procure office and kitchen supplies, maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate office facility maintenance, vendor repairs, and security protocols.
- Organize internal company events, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and distribute to appropriate departments.
- Support HR with onboarding logistics for new hires (seating, equipment, badges).
Job Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or high-volume office management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP), and TMS software.
- Regulatory: Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and US Customs requirements is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally (for office packages/supplies).
- Good customer communication skill; Good Self and Time Management; Multi-language (English and Chinese is a plus).
