To support a growing client base, the contracted to full-time LogicMonitor Consultant will assess and optimize monitoring environments, implement self-service capabilities, and develop automation solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Assess clients' existing LogicMonitor and PagerDuty environments, identify technical debt, and recommend improvements Redesign and optimize monitoring configurations, alert thresholds, dashboards, and escalation workflows Develop automation and reusable monitoring templates to enhance self-service monitoring capabilities for engineering teams Required qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with LogicMonitor administration, configuration, and architecture Experience with PagerDuty integrations, incident management, and alert routing Proven ability to redesign enterprise monitoring environments and implement automation Solid understanding of Windows/Linux, VMware, networking, and cloud infrastructure Experience with scripting, REST APIs, and monitoring integrations
