Locums Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Locums Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient care to adult and senior patients in Green Valley, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values preventive care, chronic disease management, and collaborative, patient-centered medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primarycare to adult and senior patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute,chronic, and complex medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care and chronicdisease management.
• Interpret diagnostic testing andcoordinate specialty referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plansand monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners,Care Managers, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and clinical support staff.
• Participate in quality improvement andpatient engagement initiatives.
• Educate patients regarding diseaseprevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medicalschool
• Board Certified or Board Eligible inFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license required
• Current DEA registration
• Outpatient primary care experiencepreferred
• Strong clinical judgment andcommunication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered,value-based care
• Ability to work effectively within amultidisciplinary team
