We are seeking a BoardCertified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a locums outpatient primary care opportunity in Newington, CT.
Compensation: $150 Per Hour
Position Highlights
- Start Date: November 2
- Schedule: 24 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday-Friday
- Ideal Schedule: Monday 10 hours, Wednesday afternoon 4hours, Friday 10 hours
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Volume: Approximately 2 patients per hour
- Patient Population: Adults, age 18+
- Call: None
- Support: Medical Assistant provided
- Procedures: Not required
- EMR: Not specified
Responsibilities
The physician will providecomprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients, including evaluation,diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, preventive care, andfollow-up. The physician will work alongside an experienced support team withMA assistance.
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- BoardCertified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- ActiveConnecticut medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
