- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Start ASAP for ongoing need
- 12 hour shifts 9a-9p; 9p-9a
- Minimum 10-12 shifts per month
- Required procedures include intubation
- EMR Cerner
- Must have active IL license, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, DEA, PALS, clean file for immediate temps
- Starting rate $100/hr dependent upon experience, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
