• 8-hour shifts seeing 20 - 24 patients; 9-hour shifts seeing 24 - 27 patients
• Prebook 22 + 4 walk-ins per 8-hr shift; 26 + 4 walk-ins per 9-hr shift
• Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care for all ages
• Patient population: primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• No back-to-back complex visits per scheduling guidelines
• Office-based procedures required
