We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage for our Neurology Consult Service in Boston, MA. - Compensation: $120 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient neurology consultations and comprehensive neurological assessments.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological conditions.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Order and interpret laboratory studies and imaging.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives.
