Dates: September 10, 22, and 24; October 1, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Rate: $150.00 per hour

Springfield - West
Date: September 28, 2026
Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Clinical Services:

• Surgical extractions
• Denture steps / Digital dentures
• Crown & Bridge
• Comprehensive treatment planning

Bloomington, IL
Date: Monday, September 14, 2026
Schedule: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM-1:00 PM

• Crown & Bridge
• Comprehensive treatment planning

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry and surgical dental procedures, including extractions and denture treatment.
Responsibilities

• Perform basic surgical dental procedures
• Conduct new patient examinations and hygiene checks
• Provide fillings, root canals, extractions, and denture services
• Provide general dentistry procedures
• Perform simple, surgical, and full-mouth extractions
• Perform extractions involving implants, as appropriate
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide crown and bridge services
• Complete denture and digital denture treatment steps

Requirements

• Current resume/CV
• Active Illinois Dental License
• Current DEA License
• Current CSR (Controlled Substance Registration) Certificate
• Experience with general dentistry, extractions, dentures, and comprehensive treatment planning preferred
