Job Responsibilities:

• Perform adult Cardiothoracic surgeries, including open procedures.
• Manage patients post-surgery in acute care and ICU settings.
• Provide support with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and collaborate with surgical teams.
• Maintain detailed patient records using EPIC EMR.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including night and weekend duties.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Required.
• Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery.
• Excellent clinical skills in both surgical and acute care management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Washington State NP License - Required.
• Clean malpractice and background history - Highly Preferred.
