Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor (role‑dependent)
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual and/or onsite primary care services
- Conduct patient evaluations via scheduled visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Participate in credentialing and compliance requirements
- Provide full remote practice support
- Support NALTO, NCQHA Credentialing Standards
- Engage in variety of short‑ and long‑term assignments

Requirements
- Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Preferred
- Active California medical license (required)
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Telemedicine experience preferred
