Locum Physician – OBGYN
Inpatient and ER-based OBGYN call coverage at a Level III Trauma setting. Providers will handle GYN emergencies and Obstetrics, including C-sections. Support staff onsite includes RNs. Assignment is due to ongoing gaps in coverage. Site will not schedule more than 2–3 consecutive days for patient safety.

- EPIC EMR
- Avg. 30 deliveries/month
- Back-up for Family Practice
- Census includes adolescent + adult
- 8 beds, ~1 admission/day
- Cannot schedule more than 4 consecutive days
Credentialing
- Temps: 60 days | Full: 120 days
- CO License or Active IMLC required to release pre-app
- NPDB Self-Inquiry Report required
- Must submit apps within 72 hrs to generate EMR AD account
Submission Requirements (Mandatory)
- Board Certified OBGYN
- Active CO license or Active IMLC (LOQ at submission)
- Active DEA (preferred; required for credentialing)
- Available for listed dates
- State # of shifts per month
- Willing to work 24-hour shifts
- Acknowledge EMR training sequence + lodging requirements
- Local/drive-in candidate (preferred)
- OBGYN Residency
