What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia services for inpatient clinic and surgical procedures Respond to Weeknight and Weekend beeper call duties Cover scheduled shifts approximately 5-7 times per month Collaborate with other physicians to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain timely documentation and adhere to hospital protocols Support pre- and post-operative patient care as needed Participate in orienting with new staff and ongoing team communication What You Need: Active medical license in California DEA certification BC or BE in Anesthesiology At least 1 year of anesthesia experience Flexible to work nights and weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: This assignment is at a well-equipped hospital in Eureka, CA, focusing on inpatient anesthesia services. The role includes scheduled shifts with the potential for increased earnings through the pilot program. Providers will share shifts with colleagues initially on day shifts, progressing to night shift coverage as they gain familiarity.
