- 12-hour shifts — 8am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am, with 1pm – 9pm option
- No more than 5 – 6 shifts in a row
- ED volume: 17,000 annually
- 11% admission rate
- ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
