Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - REQUIRED
Active ID license or active IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and no background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Start: Oct/Nov 2025
Schedule: Hospital call coverage only, 7a-7a
Availability: Flexibility is key.
Candidate MUST be available for 2 weeks per month (some months might be 10 shifts, some months might be 14 total shifts)
Inpatient only
Patient volume varies - 3 consults per day, 2 procedures per day
Trauma level II
APP support - APP's- M-F 1-2 APP's are staffed during the day, weekends- 1 APP for 5 hours/day
Interventional cardiology procedures required
TEE's would be highly preferred. Balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUs and IFR are important.
STEMI volumes vary greatly. In 2020 they averaged 3 STEMI activations per week
