Locum - CRNA - Anesthesiology

Coverage Requirements

• Duration: Full-time coverage required for July and August.
• Credentialing Timeline: Average credentialing duration is 30 days; emergency privileges available. Must have clean files only.

Case Types

• Scope of cases includes General Surgery, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, and occasional Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures. Excludes cardiothoracic and neurological surgeries.
• Majority of Cases: Primarily Orthopedics and General Surgery.

Facility Details

• Operating Rooms: 2 main ORs available.
• Shift Schedule: Weekday coverage, Monday through Friday.
• Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Minimum Monthly Shift Requirement: 10-20 shifts.
• Call Requirements: Off-site beeper call is mandatory, with hourly callback stipulation for any recalls.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona medical license required.
• Clean malpractice history; no prior issues acceptable.
• Board certification is mandatory.

Certification and License Requirements

• Certifications: ACLS and PALS must be current.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Arizona medical license.
