Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant in Northern Florida for an ongoing locum contract.
This is a full continuum of care cardiothoracic physician assistant position with OR, ICU and a little bit of clinic.
Coverage: Full time, minimum 40 hours per week, day shift Monday – Friday with one weekend a month.
On call required one day during the week and one weekend a month.
Candidate must be proficient in the following:
- Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
- Pulling chest tubes / placing wires and IABP
Other duties: consults, discharges, rounds in ICU, stepdown units.
Daily patient volume: 2.
EMR: Ecw.
Premium pay $120-150 per hour, plus 1.5X overtime over 40 hours, premium on call pay, paid housing and travel, virtual credit cards – autonomy to choose housing, top-rated paid malpractice insurance and personal attention to every last need.
