Palm Health Resources is hiring a Locum Cardiac Surgeon in Washington State. The role is on a 1‑2 weekend per month schedule initially, with the possibility of more weeks each month. Openings are for WA State licensed candidates and a start date of early May is preferred.
The practice comprises two full‑time surgeons, one per diem, two physician assistants, and an additional PA soon to join. They perform over 235 cardiac and thoracic cases per year, plus roughly 140 TAVR procedures, excluding transplant and the most complex inpatient heart‑failure interventions.
Locum surgeons are treated as family members, receive premium pay, paid housing and travel, a virtual credit card with autonomy to choose accommodations, and full personal attention to all needs.
