Building and sustaining strong community relationships, the full-time Local Partnerships Lead will develop partnerships with universities, sports teams, and local organizations while working remotely across Texas. Key responsibilities Serve as Meta's local representative, establishing and maintaining relationships with community institutions and leaders Develop and manage partnerships with local universities, sports teams, creators, and cultural organizations Design and deliver local programs that create shared value for both the community and Meta Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, public affairs, or economic development Established relationships with stakeholders in Texas, including education, business, and media leaders Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships independently Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior external audiences Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and lead initiatives with minimal oversight
