In this role, you’ll deliver complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile patients, including ventilator and tracheostomy care, wound care, and IV therapy. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
