TELE/Med/Surg (MS) Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
• Must have twelve months of recent Med Surg RN experience in a hospital setting
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse License required
• Current BLS and ACLS, NIH Certification required. Must have passed EKG test
