Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Day Shift
Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients
• Work across post-acute, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings
• Perform patient assessments; manage acute & chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Coordinate with nursing staff and consulting providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in on-call coverage as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA-C program
• Unrestricted or eligible state license
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for Medicare & Medicaid participation
