Perform routine screening and diagnostic mammography procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. Responsibilities include evaluating images for technical acceptability, maintaining compliance with department protocols, and accurately recording patient tracking information.
Required Qualifications
- New York State License of Diagnostic Radiography
- Registered with ARRT
- Maintain MQSA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated competency in mammography positioning, compression, and technique factor
- Experience with PACS and IDX systems
Additional Information
- Ensure all radiographic images are appropriately labeled as per department SOP
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
