Local Contract LPN (Skilled Nursing)

Local Contract LPN (Skilled Nursing) - Overnight Shift. Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work a consistent overnight schedule every other weekend with flexible additional shifts and competitive pay up to $45/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.

• Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in applicable state.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Rehabilitation experience.
