Local Contract LPN (Skilled Nursing)

Local Contract Licensed Practical Nurse position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Provides a consistent overnight schedule with flexible additional shifts. Competitive pay up to $45/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols.
• Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
