Location: Springfield, Massachusetts Department: Emergency Room (ER) Shift: Night Shift Hours: 48 hours accepted

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER Flex Team in Springfield, MA. The RN will provide emergency nursing care to patients with a variety of acute illnesses and injuries, ensuring timely assessment, treatment, and stabilization.

• Assess patients and prioritize care based on the severity of their conditions.
• Provide emergency nursing interventions and monitor patient responses.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians with emergency procedures and patient stabilization.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Follow emergency protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience required or preferred, depending on facility requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency response skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred or as required by the facility.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet the 48-hour scheduling requirement.
