Pay and Compensation:
* Top drivers earn $104,000+/year
* $2,000/week
* Base pay:
* $1,400 - $1,625/week
* $72,800 - $84,500/year
* Not including premiums and extras
* Afternoon shift premium
* 2PM - midnight
* Paid layovers when required
* Paid overtime
* Automatic yearly pay increases
* $0.50/hour increases
* Quarterly safety bonuses
* Earn up to $1,000/year

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring dependable CDL Class A drivers for exciting local driving opportunities. Drivers can expect consistent work, competitive pay, and the support of an experienced operations team focused on safety, communication, and respect.
What You'll Do:
* Operate within Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, and surrounding Midwest areas
* Handle primarily local and dedicated freight operations
* Safely operate late-model tractors and trailers
* Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
* Maintain accurate logs and required DOT documentation
* Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
* Ensure freight is delivered safely and on time
* Support safety and training initiatives when applicable

Requirements
* Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
* Clean MVR and a commitment to safety
* At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
* Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
