Job Details
This local CDL A driver position is based in Lafayette, Indiana and pays a minimum of $1385 per week. The role includes no-touch freight and automotive parts transportation on local routes. This is a TransForce driving opportunity with support for a local assignment in Lafayette.
This role requires at least 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $10 per hour
- Estimated weekly gross: $1400
- Work five days per week
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- The operation runs 24/7, so drivers must be flexible and available for assigned shifts
What You'll Be Doing
- Transport automotive parts from vendor locations to manufacturing plants throughout the region
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment on local routes from Lafayette, Indiana
- Complete assigned routes and maintain reliable attendance
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain required DOT and company documentation
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
